Remedy Developer/Remedy Designer - Munich Germany
Task: Implementation of E2E Architecture which is based on BMC Remedy ITSM and Atrium CMDB.1.
Skills: Hands on Experience of at least 4 years in BMC Remedy ARS Workflow Development & Designing Remedy based applications. Must have hands on experience on ITSM & Related Applications Designing & customization together with experience on CMDB implementation & development. Candidates must show in depth knowledge of ARS & ITSM Workflow basics, architecture and Performance tuning.
Experience on ITSM Version 7.x. Knowledge of DSO, Server Grouping. Ability to optimize the present workflow. Knowledge of designing Database packages and queries. ITSM Admin & Support Experience. Good communication and client interaction ability.
We are keen in candidate that are ITIL V3 Certified and have BMC Remedy CMDB Migration project experience.
