Business Analyst - Senior
Support Digital Worker Communication Processes
o Development and Documentation of a robust and comprehensive communication process.
o Where appropriate, integrate process into other IT and corporate communication processes . Support development of training materials for Digital Worker services . Support Digital Worker User Engagement Service
o Production of Communication materials for user engagement initiatives
o User Engagement Event Support . Support Digital Worker Governance process
o Production and Approval of governance review documentation
Skills - Must Have:
. Excellent written and verbal communications skills - German and English.
. Experience using core collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Outlook, Sharepoint)
. Ability to understand Business needs and work with a variety of business partners
at various levels of management
. Customer focused approach with customer satisfaction as a primary focus
. Strong analytical abilities and ability to apply previously acquired knowledge
. Team oriented and highly motivated
. Adaptive to a flexible work schedule
