Description of work to be performed:
* Responsible for the implementation of Agile SCRUM development process in the project.
* Taking the role of Scrum Master for the overall project and its sub-projects.
* Completion of the SCRUM methodology to the project-specific needs.
* Support the project manager with project management (project plans, documentation, administrative activities).
Required knowledge, skills and attributes:
* Experience in the role of Scrum Master in Scrum projects or alternative certification as a Scrum Master.
* Experience in software development and related development processes.
* Team spirit and good social skills
* are helpful experiences in moderation.
* Goal orientation, self-reliance, initiative, resilience.
* Good communication skills
* Fluent German, good English skills
