Skill: SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1
Sales process including Campaign Management and Fulfillment Management
Lead Mgt
Service Management
Request Management
Complaint Management
Data and reports
Project : CRM Rollout
Locations: Germany, France, Spain, USA & Canada & Mexico, China, Brazil, UK,
Austria, others.
Training Template will be developed in Germany. The training execution will be done by
local partners supported by the central team. In total more than 25000 user need to be trained.
