For one of our clients we are looking for a Support Hotline to assist the onsite technicians in the branch rolloutThe tasks are:
Configure settings on the switches in the branches. Settings will be configured with a tool;
Remote access via SCCM to the Desktop to support technicians onsite;
De-Install / Install Software via remote Desktop (SCCM) on Computers in the branches;
Track the installations in the branches
Expected special experience:
Basic SCCM Knowledge;
Basic Network Knowledge;
Experiences with Computer Rollouts;
WIN7 Knowledge
