My client is looking for a Test Manager for a 1 year fixed term contract in Bonn starting in MarchSkills required:
MUST:
Knowledge of Telecom Domain, Billing & Rating technologies, Manual/Automation Testing, Excellent German and English Language Skills, Program Management, People Management Skills (Handling large teams), Excellent knowledge of testing processes (minimum ISTQB, TMMi),
Job description:
- 10+ years of managing testing project/s for Rating and Billing domain Prepare Test
- Estimation, Strategy and Test Schedule Responsible for all test deliverables Manage risks and client expectations
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Understand and Analyze software requirements documents (Functional Specification Documents) and send review comments
- Plans, arrange and conduct meetings, workshops and relations with client or stakeholders
- Close coordination with offshore delivery manager and offshore project team/s
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client
- Adhering to SLA/KPIs as set by the project
- Provide inputs for various new initiatives
- Mentoring team members and enabling them to move to next level
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
- Knowledge of latest testing methodologies, best practices and tools used in the industry
Location - Bonn
Maximum pay rate to the contractors - Salaried Employees - Gross Salary
Range between 60,,000 Euros per annum + holidays + Medical
Duration - 1 year (FTE)
Possible Start Date - Mid March'12
