Mail and Internet Services 3rd Level Support
Tasks:
design and operation of Internet Services Infrastructure
operational support of:
- R/3 mail-relays for different locations of the customer
- central (hub) mail-relays
- external (edge) mail-relays
- DMZ mail-relays for different locations of the customer
- Virus scanners for the customer
- LDAP server incl. data replication (AD, RMMT, CIP, ELeven, TDC)
- SAPmats
- mailing list server (internal/sap.corp and external/sap.com)
- news server (internal and external)
- mail relays for SAP Hosting
- Virus scanners for SAP Hosting
- Internet Services admin server
admin tools
request workflows
SQL DB
development environment
R/3 mail gateway monitor
mail address/alias
Must-Have Skills:
more than 6 years of experience
English oral and written
Basic Parameters:
option of extension
travel readiness (Singapore and Philadelphia)
