My client in Germany is looking for a German speaking MFG/Pro consultant for a 6 month contract with possible extentions.
Role Overview:
In-depth knowledge of any two MFG/PRO Modules (Distribution, Manufacturing and Finance).
Expertise in working Level 2 Support Environment.
Experience in Customer interactions in a support environment.
Knowledge of SDLC principles and creation of supporting documents.
Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in German & English.
Good to Have
Knowledge of MFG/PRO EDI/ECG Advanced
Inventory Management, Transport Management System.
Exposure to QAD Enterprise Edition 2010.
Experience in handling teams in Onsite and Offshore
model.
Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
