Beschreibung
Task:- Ensure Datacentre requirements are properly documented and service levels, objectives and availability metrics are appropriately defined
- Devolpment, Implementation and Communication of the Data Center Strategy
- Coordination of external servcie providers
- Establish and run a datacentre governance model
- Define standards for IT data rooms
- Review and approve of capacity issues and remediation
- Review and approve changes to maintain stability
- Review and approve project definitions, scope, milestones, impact analysis
- Work in close collaboration with external partners and suppliers to improve the services
Requirements (Must have):
- Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
- 5 years of professional experience working in a relevant IT field
- Fundamental understanding of ITIL processes and operational procedures
- Technical infrastructure skills and subject matter knowledge across multiple disciplines (Windows XP/7, Wintel, Unix/HPUX/AIX/Solaris)
- Experience with Data Centre strategy and management of KPI/SLA/SLO
- Strong knowledge of multi-source vendor management and management of budgets to minimize costs and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
