Application Owner for Tools (PMT, ADOit, ADONIS und Jira)

PMT: Bank-eigene Entwicklung; Projekt- Mgt-Tool, „Mischung“ aus Sharepoint u. MS-Project
ADOit: Tool für IT Architektur- & Servicemanagement
ADONIS: Tool für geschäftsprozessmanagement

Technical skills:
IT Enterprise Softwarearchitektur - advanced - must have
IT Enterprise System integration/development - advanced - nice to have
Client/Vendor/Contract Management - advanced - must have
Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity - basic - must have
MS Office Software - expert - nice to have

Non-technical skills:
IT Produktmanagement (Full Lifecycle) - advanced - must have
IT Change Management - advanced - must have
IT Incident/Problem Management - advanced - must have
IT Governance and Compliance - basic - nice to have
IT Governance and Compliance - basic - nice to have

Experience managing virtual teams (matrixorganisations). Self-demanding and self-motivated, committed to high quality delivery standards. Ready to read and eager to learn non-/technical docs/domain topics, having a quick grasp for complex dependencies. Communication and negotiations skills, both with C-Levels, as with Ops-Teams. Good time management, structured/pragmatical approach in stress situations.
