Customer Support Analyst (2nd level)
Customer Support Analyst. Customer Support Analyst required for global company to work on the support of the elements of a world class ERP system.
You will be an excellent communicator, and have a keen interest in technology. There will be at least 3 - 6 months training in the systems before you are let loose on the customers, but a solid grounding in Microsoft Office would be an advantage. Other tech skills that would be relevant are SQL, reporting tools, Cognos, and around 2 years exp possibly as 1st line support, and looking for a move up.
