SAP PMO Junior Support Consultant
For our core German client we are currently looking for a SAP PMO Junior Support Consultant.
Key Skills/Tasks:
- Budget/cost controlling
- Travel booking hotels/flights/rental cars etc
- Administration of travel booking lists
- Attending teamlead meetings and administration of action items/decisions/issues within project management tool OPS
- Support of project management
- Creating/administration of presentations and documentation
- Creating/administration of mail distribution lists in Outlook
- Issue tracking in documentation tool
- Organisation of meetings
- Authorisation of new project/team members in documentation tool etc
- Meeting room scheduling
- Control/ordering of catering material/stationary etc
- Good communication and coordination skills
Language Skills: Must speak German fluently, Must speak English fluently
