Stellenbeschreibung:
- Realization and implementation of a CRM-solution based on Oracle Siebel within CZ, HU, SK und MK
- Develop the test strategy, test plan etc...
- Lead the test process on all levels (System test, Integration test and UAT)
- Insure proper documentation of quality
- Familiar with the most common Test Center applications (e.g. Quality Center)
- Prepare and plan the test phase
- Drive the team during the test phase
Vorausgesetzte Anforderungen:
- TM Experience in Telco business
- Minimum 5 years of experience with TM
- Experience as TM with minimum 2-3 different clients
- Experience with Siebel, CRM, Telecommunication, HP Quality Center,
- Good knowledge in english
- End user training and TtT training experience
- Test manager experience
- Business process knowledge, from user side and configuration side (Telco ? Sales and ordering process)
- General managing skills
- Vendor management experience
- HP Quality center knowledge
