My client is a global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions are currently seeking a Technical Service Manager with a background in Rollouts and O&M departments for a 1yrs contract based in Germany. They offer a wide choice of products ranging from voice, data, multimedia and wireless broadband services.

Job Role:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Service Manager to be responsible for managing the service delivery and client relationship for our blue chip client. This position would suit a customer facing project manager with solid experience of Telecom Rollouts & O&M Departments.

Key skills & Background:
*10 years telecommunications experience.
*Project Management Background.
*Experience of NSN or Deutsche Telecoms Rollouts & O&M Departments.
*Fluent in German & English (German National is highly desirable).
*Proven track record of driving and delivering consistent and constant service improvement.
*Strong leadership, planning and organisation skills.
*Manages operational relationships between Customer Services and Service Management to drive customer excellence.
*Help assure Service Integration for new services/customers.
