Penta Consulting are Urgently looking for 2 x IMS Customer Support Engineer's to work in Germany on a 6 month extendable contract.

Experience Required:
You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You have a technical background in IMS and interested to broaden your knowledge on network level. You enjoy working with customers and people from around the world and across various disciples. You are self-motivated; customer focused with the drive to solve problems, support our customers business and expand your knowledge.

You should also have
A bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent plus at least 4 years of telecommunication experience
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
A strong drive for operational excellence
Good written and spoken English and German
