Beschreibung
Task:- Set up investment guidelines in the module "Compliance Master" of the software "Charles River Investment Management System" ("CRIMS" in short) of the software company "Charles River Development Ltd." ("CRD" in short) by herself or himself following the instructions by "CAIT" CRIMS is in a test environment. The version is used.
- Document shortcomings of CRIMS, of its set up and of the available data following the instructions by CAIT by herself or himself
- Make realistic proposals for closing the gaps by herself and himself as well as explain them to and discuss them with CAIT
- Answer questions of CAIT about ways of setting up investment guidelines in Compliance Master and closing gaps of CRIMS and the available data
Requirements (Must have):
- be an expert of setting up investment guidelines in Compliance Master
- know how the data required for investment guidelines must be mapped in CRIMS for making the data available for the investment guidelines in Compliance Master
- be an expert of investments including financial derivative instruments and structured products
- have a perfect understanding of the purposes, the constituents and the effects of investment guidelines
- know the Luxembourg and Swiss regulations for collective investment schemes as well as the Swiss regulations for pension funds ideally
- understand the regulations, prospectus and investment management agreements that are written in German ideally
- be honest, diligent, reliable
- inform CAIT pro actively in case of ambiguous instructions or investment guidelines or in case of questions
