Our customer is a well-know and internationally acting company.- Perform problem management for problems owned in Second Line Support Team, or escalate incidents to Third Line Support Team when appropriate- Execute monitoring improvements actions as defined by the management
- Communicate incident follow-up and status information to the Business units
- Write and maintain operational/technical procedures
- Identify improvements to technical procedures and the incident and problem management processes
- Share experience of services running in production with project teamsYou are efficient with these technologies:
- Unix and Windows
- Oracle, SQLServer, Progress
- Websphere, Oracle Application Server
- Shell, Batch scripting
- TNG / TWS
Good knowledge of ITIL service management processes is an asset
