Task:Assessment:
1. Consultants will receive a list of applications and systems with their respective owners.
2. Consultants will need to assess the application interfaces, objectives, data flows, available and utilized access controls mechanism for authentication, authorization and accounting.
3. Consultants will need to indentify a data flows for the data utilized by each system.
4. Consultants will need to collect documentation regarding the existing users of the system.
Compliance Review:
1. Consultants will review if the existing security mechanism and data flow matches certain legal requirements in conjunction with a Legal department.
2. Consultants will need to identify gaps in between the requirements and the existing practices.
Improvements:
1. Consultants will need to lead and work towards closing the identified gaps.
Requirements (Must have):
We are looking for these minimum requirements:
- Evidence of experience in the field of IT Security (minimum 3 years).
- Able to communicate in English language at business level.
- Able to communicate in German language at business levels.
- Travel availability for 6 months from the beginning of the project within EU.
- Good understanding of common operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Mainframes, etc.
- Capable of assessing information systems (applications, systems, etc) capabilities, user interfaces, access controls capabilities, governance processes and data flows.
- Capable of understanding business functions and processes in conjunction with the information systems utilized.
- Structured individuals capable of gather big amounts of information and structure that out in a comprehensive way.
