Creation and enhancement of existing reports in Business Objects, Business analysis of user requirements to ensure benefits of the Datawarehouse are fully realised, Day-to-day support of the datawarehouseSupport of Business Objects system & corresponding server applications, Documentation including change management, Supporting upcoming tasks and projects for Evolution; Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Ensure that appropriate housekeeping & maintenance processes are in place to minimise the risk of key application down time or data loss, Liaison with IT personnel and third party support organisations, 2 - 3 years experience in a similar environment, Detailed technical knowledge of DTS Scripting (Oracle) Nice To Have: Broad knowledge of key bank IT systems, applications & components (required), Experienced member of a technical support team, Knowledge of Business Objects & Datawarehousing (required), Software development & development support experience (required)
