For one of our client we are looking for 2 SCCM administrators (m/f)Description
The candidates will be responsible for testing of former build software packages of applications in a SCCM environment, providing troubleshooting issues pilot phases and technical assistance to customer business departmens and User acceptance test for the build software packages.
-support for day to day activities involving Software Distribution, Software Updates and Operating systems deployment
-Provide incident and problem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks using but not limited to SCCM.
-troubleshooting issues with Software Update deployments, desktop migrations and application deployments for clients.
-Advanced System Management skills to impact systems architectures and investigate system-wide technical problems
-Proactively identify and log bugs, e. g. with software packages, to relevant teams with thorough follow-up.
-Collaborate with various support and development teams to improve the overall quality of delivery not just for the team but for the entire organization.
-Use technical expertise in Windows, SMS, SQL and WMI as well as other enterprise applications to automate manual tasks.
-Troubleshoot failures. Identify system problems and recommend solutions
-Creating MSI packages with customer standard tool “Wise Package Studio”
-Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related issues
-Performing the Microsoft patch management for Microsoft products (Windows XP / 7, Office)
-Responsible for the customer UAT tests and documentation of application owner responsibilities
-Integration of Software packages and images and harware including task sequences, into the SCCM infrastructure
Qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise support for SMS/SCCM/ConfigMgr 2007
-At least 5 years of overall experience in the IT support/service industry
- SCCM/SMS/ConfigMgr infrastructure including Client Health, Software Updates Management, OS Deployment, and Software Distribution
-Windows, SQL, VBS / PowerShell Scripting and WMI to automate manual tasks
- Windows server and client platforms
-WMI and XML is very essential.
- crash dump analysis
- imaging technologies and image deployment via SCCM
- task sequences and driver hierarchy, optimization and implementation
- Active Directory, OU structures and Group Policy is a big plus
-Understanding of Branch Cache, Multicast and related network technologies is a big plus
-Onsite presence at customer site in Stuttgart is necessary
-Microsoft Certification, e. g. MCSE, is a plus
