We are urgently recruiting for an Availability and Capacity Manager for a 3 month + contract in Dusseldorf, Germany, for our client in the Telecoms Sector. You will be experience in identifying KPI's for capacity and performance management (for both hardware and applications) and will have excellent English communication skills at all levels. Skills: Microsoft Enterprise 2008 SQL Server ITIL You will: Implement monitoring of capacity and performance KPI's Define and implement capacity and performance reporting Implement monthly capacity plan with rolling two-year forecast Performance reporting and capacity plan to stakeholders and improve reporting based on stakeholder feedback Create troubleshooting guide for defect analysis The successful candidate will come from a strong reporting and capacity manager background, and will have strong organisational skills, being able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
