Task:
Responsibilities:
- Make acquaintance with users and stakeholders and establish clients map
- Produce and execute plan of activities for the work package
- Organize and conduct interviews with the stakeholders and users
- Use RR project environment and Project Share point for documentation and logs
- Work strictly within the agreed scope and raise scope, time and quality issues with the PM
- Work according to standards and guidelines (processes and templates)
- Capture the information in the modelling tool / environment
- Produce the Business Requirements Document

Deliverables:
The main deliverable is the document capturing functional and non-functional Business Requirements. This document will be derived from the tool / environment used. The functional processes in project scope belong to crude and product nominations workflow management. The non-functional requirements comprise of system requirements, performance, availability, compliancy and like. This list is not exhaustive; the final list for the work package will be produced at the beginning of the assignment.

Requirements (Must have):
- A proven track record of functional requirements capturing, analysis and specification
- A proven track record of conducting interviews and structured data gathering and funnelling
- Experience with business process / enterprise modelling methodologies and tools
- Experience with IT implementations in process/manufacturing industries
- Experience in the field of data management and information management
- Affinity with technical environments and industrial working cultures
Skills:
- Good command of English language
- Good command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to plan and work efficiently
- Accurate and attending to details
- Virtual teams skills ? net meeting, teleconferencing, communicator
- Consulting skills ? ability to adequately interact with key users
- Communications skills ? written and verbal
- Working across several international culture

Nice to have:
- Experience in the Oil and Chemicals industry
- Experience with project management methodologies based on PMI?s PMBoK
