Our Client –global leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.Job Description - This role is a key & exciting part of the business on various commissioning projects based across multiple sites globally. The focus will be on a project in middle east. We are looking for a freelance candidate which is willed to support as commissioning engineer the electrical engineering team with the commissioning, testing and electrical engineering of the projects which will start early . You will work on a 3x KWh switching station undertaking commissioning activities in the enclosure area. Furhtermore you will participate in factory acceptance testing and ensuring product quality, delivery and profitability.
Candidate Requirements - An experienced electrical commissioning engineer with operational knowledge who has a passion for site construction and commissioning activities and is also able to build strong client relationships using their strategic agility, technical awareness and excellent relationship management skills. We are really looking for good hands on electrical engineer with experience of the commissioning of prototype style equipment. Personality is key for the right candidate filling this position.
The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively and work on job sites for long periods (4 weeks typically) of time. This technically focussed role offers the successful candidate a high level of responsibility & autonomy combined with significant flexibility.
You need to hold a european citizenship and be able to offer freelance activities.
