We are seeking an Interim Manager with strong Technical skills in MPEG & H.264.
For this role you will have good MS Windows skills, Broadcast Media & Production knowledge. Several years of professional experience in the encoding of audiovisual content from MPEG2, WMV9, H.264 (mind.4 years), excellent proven knowledge of current encoder such as: agility, Rhozet Carbon Coder, Digital Rapids, Episode. Experience in the technical evaluation of AV content (SD, HD, 3D). Excellent hardware and software skills in media technology: audio and video equipment, video editing (nonlinear), IPTV, Web TV, streaming, video on demand and knowledge of Stereoscopy
Your tasks:
Encoding VoD content according to customer specifications
Central point of contact for special coding
Encoding external evaluation service
Technical contact for content issues in the delivery of materials suppliers
Participation in the development of existing VoD
Quality standards and production of test materials
Create a central encoding profiles and setting the appropriate systems
Support and develop the technical infrastructure AV Encoding
