Next Ventures are currently hiring for high level SAP CRM Solution Architects for one of our major accounts. We have permanent roles based in both the UK and Germany and contract positions in Germany. This role will be pivotal in the future growth of my client.EU passport holders ONLY.
The role will see you working with C-suite managers internally on multiple projects to assess what they want from their SAP system and how to implement it. You will then be responsible for designing the solutions and working with the delivery teams configure and implement.
You will need to have:
A full EU passport due to travel throughout Europe and UK
10-15 years' experience in SAP CRM
Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering SAP based IT Consulting services
Experience working with multiple clients and projects in tandem
Multiple industry experience
Proven SAP CRM subject matter expertise
Certification in a process area for SAP CRM
Proven track record of Functional/Configuration knowledge
A minimum experience of leading 2 Business Transformation engagements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions
Experience in providing strategic direction in Business Process Transformation, IT Strategy and Portfolio management
Ability to engage with senior leadership via
o Ability to develop innovative solutions to address specific client needs
o Demonstrated thought leadership
Ability to influence and lead
o Successfully develop and deliver Education and Training sessions on specific areas of expertise
o Ability to work with and manage in an Onsite/Offshore environment
o Work in fast-paced and collaborative environment
o Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong experience in working on project teams and structuring recommendations
