My client is a global leading CRM and Billing solutions company specialising in the telecommunications industry. This global leader is currently looking for a Professional Services Consultants for contract roles based in various countries throughout Europe.
Professional Services Consultant Responsibilities:
-Install/Integrate products customer sites and remotely
-Create and deliver hands-on technical training, and make formal technical product presentations to customers
-Upgrade existing products at customer sites and remotely
-Architect, manage, and implement complex post-sale technical deployments
-Review new products and determine best practices for deployment
Professional Services Consultant Requirements:
-IP technologies
-IP Networking
-Practical experience using network equipment such as deep packet inspectors, load balancers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, PDSNs, GGSNs, ASNGWs
-Wireless and Wireline technologies
-Hands-on Unix experience
-Configuring and deploying storage technologies
-Relational database experience would be a strong asset, preferably with Oracle
-Design experience would be an asset (C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, etc )
-Experience in the provisioning, billing, or prepaid data domains
Professional Services Consultant Qualifications:
-University degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or relevant work experience)
The Professional Services Consultant will require frequent intercontinental travel.
