RealTime are hiring 4 contract Integration Design Managers based in Dusseldorf for a global telecomms company.
You will be responsible for providing E2E integration solutions for the application services environment including E2E connectivity and interfaces. Also providing integration design as well as consultancy for service implementation including E2E capacity & sizing.
In addition:
Assure maximum flexibility and expandability for global application requirements
Manage extended forecasts and maximum reliability and high availability
Review and sign off of all design and implementation documents
Support & Drive E2E performance & service quality improvements during the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC)
Develop and Drive design solutions and innovation in order to increase the service quality (KPI's) while decreasing the costs
Evaluate and Research for new technologies and methods in order to gain synergies and optimize the environment utilization.
Technical/Professional Expertise
Strong IT/Application Management background, if possible with university degree in Information Technology.
> 5 years of experience in IT service provisioning (preference in the telecommunication industry)
Broad experience and knowledge of mobile Internet communication, protocols, infrastructure, applications, services and integrations)
Deep knowledge in state of the art IT solutions for Mobile & Web applications and services
Enterprise network know how as IP routing, DNS, load balancing and security features
Wide area network basic know how as leased line, MPLS and IPSec technologies
Deep understanding of operational procedures and process standards (eg ITIL)
