Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Consultant (f/m). Project Description and Scope: Project comprises of migration of 50k users to inhouse Exchange 2010 platform. Consultant required to manage hardware procurement, infrastructure build out and user migration. The Consultant should have experience in min. 5 years professional PMO, with financial services and capital markets institutions, he will track action items, minute meetings and distribute documents to right parties, prepare materials for weekly project status meetings, including program dashboards and semi-weekly Steering Committee updates. The responsibilities will actively track risks and issues, on multiple lists, co-ordinate and manage towards resolution. Software skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, Clarity, Visio, SharePoint. Project Start: 03.01.2012, Project End: 31.12.2012. Location: London.
