I'm working with a consultancy client based in Germany, Munich at the moment and am in urgent need of a Remedy Reporting Analyst who's an expert in SQL and excel.
The requirement is for someone who's familiar with interrogating Oracle database through SQL and generate reports in Excel. The information people are looking for is service performance in terms of Incidents open/closed, response times, backlog, etc. The data is gathered in Remedy with an Oracle database underneath.
They expect the person to be on-site at least during the first two weeks, after that on an as-needed basis. The total contract expected to be for three months, maybe longer.
Client is willing to cover all expenses (food/travel/accommodation) paid and First 2 weeks on site, flexible after that.
Knowledge of German is preferred but not essential.
Contract will be 3 months. It requires solving a particular problem, so the right person may require less.
