Responsibilities
Our client, a multinational telecommunications operator require the services of an efficient and experienced Office Administrator to provide quality administration support to several managers.
The ideal person will have strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience, combined with excellent organisational, communication (English written and oral) and multitasking skills.
The ability to thrive independently is essential with a high degree of confidence and professionalism, including respect for confidentiality procedures. Knowledge of the German language is a distinct advantage but not essential.
