For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior BI/Data Warehouse Expert (m/f)Tasks/Skills:
- development data warehousing applications and of Business Objects Data Services ETL procedures
- Drafting user requirements documents based on end-user input;
- Drafting technical specifications documents based on user requirements;
- Implement ETL jobs in BusinessObjects Data Services (version XI3 or 4);
- Providing third line support for existing BusinessObjects Data Services and BusinessObjects installations;
- Analyse and trouble shoot data issues in existing ETL jobs;
- advice to end-users and IT staff regards to BusinessObjects
- Design Universes an d implement reports in BusinessObjects (version XI3 or 4);
- Coordinating and executing an upgrade of BusinessObjects from version XI2 to XI3 (or 4);
- Installation, configuration and Integration of BusinessObjects server products in clusters / shared environments -both on Windows and Solaris systems; and
- Experience from creating UNIX installation packages.
- Experience from creating Windows SMS installation packages.
- fluently in English
!!! IMPORTANT!!! Our clients needs this position as AÜG = Arbeitnehmerüberlassung = German Law on Labour! That means that you have to state a monthly salary and get paid leave days etc. (like a temporary employment)!!!
