Project - Looking for a Consultant with SOX compliance and someone who has worked on this merger takeover situation. Some of the responsibilities roles and duties have changed so authorizations must be set up to correspond. Also some of the business processes have moved to other locations eg Bratislava All current authorizations need to be checked and some new authorizations issued.
