Westhouse Consulting GmbH and Westhouse Schweiz AG are main providers of highly skilled SAP and IT consultants dedicated to fulfil the needs of its clients' projects or permanent positions.

We are looking for one of our clients for an experienced Country Sales Manager:

Responsibilities:
Managing the whole sales of home electronics products
Elaborating the sales strategy and plans
Coordination of the particular sales region
Responsibility for the sales financial results
MPL management (profit and loss and marginal profit calculation)
Preparing annual sales budget for managing channels distributions
Planning long-term sales strategy
Cooperating with marketing team on channel sales forecast for
settings qualitative plans
Preparing annual sales budget and developing plans for key accounts
Negotiating and implementing commercial conditions
Leading regional Sales Team
PSI management
Market price and competitors analysis

Requirements:
University degree
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Sales management activities in Electronics Sales companies
Preferably experience in Home Electronics
Self-confident and flexible personality
Good knowledge and relationship with retail chain stores and
distributors
German at Native speaker level and English at least Business level

The position will start beginning ASAP. The position languages are German AND English.
