Our client is looking for Support Administrator with 3 - 5 years of experience to join their team based in Hannover,Germany.
Location: Hannover, Germany
Duration; 6 months rolling
Job requirements:
- Technical L1 (Helpdesk) support and L2 support for fixed line CRM application using client's home grown trouble ticketing systems.
- Receiving/processing incidents from (Client-internal) customers (ie Customer Care agents), and processing/tracking these till resolution.
- Tickets are mainly order related, majority of problems are data related (inconsistencies/issues across systems).
- Technically savvy on CC/CRM applications and fixed line CC processes
- German as language is a must
- problem solving attitude, good communication skills
- familiar with Trouble Ticket process/systems and SLAs.
