Define architecture in the area of PI Infrastructure Management, for example
- Deployment options for PI components (ESR, SR)
- Security
- Scalability
- Business Continuity (High Availability)
Software Logistics Architecture
- Release and Upgrade Management
- Change and Transport Management
Architectural responsibility for the SLD, for example
- Deployment options
- Transport strategy for SLD Content
Skill set
- Deep SAP PI Architecture Knowledge
- Basis skills (PI, AS ABAP, AS Java)
1.b PI System Administrator:
Responsibilities
Implement and configure the architecture defined by the PI Basis Architect
Perform System Configuration of SAP PI (installation, configuration of Web AS, )
