Our client is looking for expereinced RF Engineers and Team Leaders to work in Germany on long term contracts (6 months extendable). Must have min 5 years experience and speak FLUENT GERMAN.
Main Duties:
- Response for cluster/site/cell monitoring, analysis optimization, fine tuning. Finally to guarantee the successful delivery of cluster/site/cell.
- Support regional engineers for technical issues
- Provide optimization technical support to customer teams. Write, review, adjust and present troubleshooting reports and other clarification materials to customers.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client. Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Technical support and knowledge transfer to team members
Target is to support Vendor and their customers (operators) with Radio Planning and Radio Network optimization specific knowledge.
The scope of work is based on the agreement with Operators in Germany and can be changed. Changes require the mutual agreement of vendor and the sub-contractor.
