For one of our clients we are searching for an Infrastructure Specialist (m/f)Tasks
- Professional support for all Infrastructure Data Backup related activities regarding decomissioning and descaling of non TAL servers and applications.
- professional support regarding process aligned documentation of decommissioning and descaling activities
Skills:
- profound knowledge of Data Backup Appplications in use at the bank including veritas Netbackup, SQL Backtrack and high level of working experience with Tape and Disk Storage Systems
- high level of understanding business requirements
- experience with Office and Documentation tools required
- high level of understanding ITIL concepts (Change requests, incidents ) and Ticket processing (HP Service Center, Remedy)
- willingness for out of hours support and flexible shifts, work on weekend where required
Start: 1.10.2011
Duration: 50 man days
Location: Frankfurt / Germany
