Customer Functional Support Consultant, with the ability to speak German, currently needed by a financial institution based in Germany. Your tasks will be: 1. Customer Requirements Management, 2. Issue Management, 3. Support Incident Management, 4. Preparation/Administration Customer Meetings, 5. Customer Communication in general, 6. Creation/Update Customer Documentation, 7. Functional Testing. Skills needed: Experience in Customer First and Second Level Support (functional, ideally also technical), Experience in functional testing, Experience in technical writing, Knowledge of functional processing of trading platforms (ideally energy trading platforms or clearing), Basic knowledge of the technical architecture of trading platforms, Knowledge of business processing of financial and/or energy industry, German/English fluent (written and spoken). This is a contract role, to start as soon as possible, initially until the end of the year (Extendable contract - long-term project). Market rates paid
