- there are currently different systems for accounting and controlling in use. The department Accounting Systems & Processes accomplished a project, with which the local accounting system in all world-wide clients companies were replaced gradually by a standardized SAP ERP 6.0 implementation. This project has been finalized at the end of the year 2010. Now the team is responsible for the support of the system landscape (60 clients - more than 5000 users). First level support is handled by the local and regional key user.
- Incident and demand management
- Provision of 2nd level support for SAP FI/CO, FSCM, LO-AB and other financial related topics
- Specification, testing, documentation and implementation of change requests
- Provision of expert knowledge to support our SAP environment and finance processes
- Requirements analysis
- Solution concepts / solution enhancements
- Solution Monitoring and dispatching
- Pro active system administration (incl. master system)
- Graduate apprenticeship or studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar qualifications
- Knowledge of finance and accounting related processes
- Knowledge of interfaces, ABAP-programming
- Knowledge of Authorization management
- Expert knowledge in SAP ERP FI/CO, SD, BI, FSCM, LO-AB
- Several years experience as operational staff member (m/f) in an support / administration organisation for SAP
- IT-skills: knowledge of MS Office, Skills of Transport Management Systems
- Fluent business English (spoken and written), further languages are welcome
