Recruit 360 are recruiting a Business Interface Manager to work on a huge project in Germany. THIS IS AN ENGLISH SPEAKING ROLE

Main responsibilities include:
a) Manage the Contract P&L and optimize it alongside other program teams to ensure it is most profitable. This means to own the budget of the program while working for the Program Manager.
b) As point of contact , make sure all requirements and expectations from the customer are managed in the most professional manner avoiding any linguistic and cultural misunderstandings between all stakeholders.
c) Initiate effective and dynamic interactions between all stakeholders of the project implementation to ensure that business objectives, including the responsibility for planning/scheduling, cost control, quality and meeting the deliverables are met.
d) Track and monitor all internal processes and make sure all functions are aligned and have a consistent overview on progress of the project. Escalate to resolution in case of gaps in delivery by client departments or business lines. Functions include Finance, HR, Services, Logistics and Corporate. The overall goal is to ensure putting the right infrastructure in place at the right time
e) Where necessary for the specific client contract design and implement new processes so that client specific requirements can be met and the nature of the deal is being reflected in the internal processes.
f) Collect, centralise and maintain up-to-date all the data for the project, this includes data from Finance, HR, Services, Logistics and Corporate whether received by the customer or internally. This data will be used as input for the program team to plan decisions.
g) Where appropriate, liaise with the representatives on issues and activities pertaining to the development and delivery of services and work with the relevant functions to close the gaps and fulfil existing or amended customer's requirements.
h) Make sure all actions comply with the published policies and guidelines. When non-standard processes are identified, liaise with the relevant stakeholders and prepare and present detailed project descriptions and justifications in order to obtain necessary approvals from corporate.

Entry Criteria
A minimum of 5 years IT experience, with at least 3 years spent working in medium to high value IT programs.
Practical experience of working with IT infrastructure programs and projects.
The ability to manage competing business goals effectively.
Understand how to work with a customer to define and solve problems.
Be an accomplished communicator and influencer, able to work with customers, users, senior level management, sales and peers.
Demonstrate initiative and interaction skills.
Be confident and self-reliant, while also being able to work as a team member, demonstrating clear commitment to team objectives.
