Senior Tester and Coordinator required for a 3 month rolling contract in Köln (Must be German speaking) for a telecommunications company
£ Pay rate - £250 -£320. per day (paid in Euros Day)
Start: 03.10.2011
Tasks:
- Coordination of the Test activity tasks from the Initial projects
- Preparation of the outcome of the projects (Documents, test protocol etc) Milestones
- Follow up and continuation of the Quality assurance plans
- Test preparation and test cases construction
- Participate in Sprint Teams, agile quality assurance
- Test execution in connectivity with other applications and systems
- Independent organisation of test execution and test tasks
- Test automation
- Error analysis and follow up
- Test documentation and completion of the changes
Skills:
- Several years exposure in quality assurance of software development projects, especially DWH projects
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Exposure to Datawarehouse environment
- Exposure to test tools (HPQC, bugzilla,...)
- Good knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, SQL, UNIX
- Good knowledge of SAP Business Objects 4.0
- Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter 9.1
- Experience in test automation (Business Objects and Informatica)
- Team player
- High self-motivation, flexibility and resilience
