Test Lead Required to prepare Test Strategy and Test plan for Global One and get sign-off from the customer, Identify and proactively manage program level risks, Perform critical reviews of all test deliverables (test cases, test suite, traceability matrix, test reports etc.), Identify the Key Process Indicators (KPIs)/Metrics, Implement processes and templates in place to capture, track and report KPIs and test metrics like Defect slippage, Test case execution productivity, Test case development productivity etc. Publish Status, Test and Defect report as per the agreed frequency . Must ensure traceability is mapped to all the in-scope requirements ? implicit and explicit requirements in the test cases/scripts, defect management, Track defects to closure, coordinate with various teams like Development, Technical, Offshore testing team, Chair defect triage meetings. Will also be responsible for drive testing related Continuous improvement initiatives, Co-ordinating with Infrastructure team for availability and readiness of test environments, uploading of test data.
