Our client, a major IT consulting company, are looking for a IT contract manager to come on board one of their largest projects to help manage the client contract.
Main responsibilities include:
- Ongoing identification of contractual requirements together with the client regarding capacity management, reporting, ordering mechanism, logistics and billing.
- Negotiate new contractual requirements and expansion of scope. Identify new opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate open contract items and define resolution. Escalate to resolution in case agreement cannot be reached with the customer.
- Lead the monthly contract review council from our client's perspective.
- Internal single point of contact for contract questions and clarification.
- Initiate the contract change process in case of contract amendments or new requirements.
- As “point of contact”, make sure all requirements and expectations from the customer are managed in the most professional manner avoiding any linguistic and cultural misunderstandings between all stakeholders.
The contract manager manager will:
Be experienced with managing large IT project contracts with values circa €100m
Have spent the last 5 years working managing contracts with the IT arena
Have strong stakeholder management skills
MUST be FLUENT in GERMAN
