Manning Global currently is looking for a German speaking GSM-Planner to freelance work with one of our international clients from the Telecoms in greater Frankfurt area, starting ASAP until end of year, potential extension. German language is mandatory.
You will organize and execute GSM-R measuring, data analysis, creation of acceptance reports for authorities, you will determine optimization steps for SW and HW and you will be planning the GSM-R network along the railway tracks including the BTS. This will entail simulation with Pegaplan and/or MapInfo or similar tools.
You have several years working knowledge in GSM planning and capacity planning, with measuring and planning tools, GSM/GSM-R standards. You are a good communicator on different technical levels.
