My client, an International Government Body, is in search of several Business Analyst contractors for immediate start. They are in particular search of experienced SharePoint Business Analyst in the CRM/XRM domain and Microsoft SharePoint. The contract is initially for 4-8 months plus possible extensions.

Skills and Experience:
* Analyse and document the goals, functional and non-functional requirements and programmes with regard to electronic document management & collaboration, and assist with prioritization according to the business value of, and interdependencies amongst, those goals and requirements.
* Assist in the development of a governance framework for electronic document management and collaboration including, for example, policies for artifact promotion from collaborative spaces, request and provisioning of new collaborative "spaces", management of shared content types and metadata, engagement with end users to identify and define requirements.
* Document high-level information architecture for the web-based interfaces of electronic document management. This information architecture will represent the top-level navigation and functional layout of the various web-based interfaces.
* Collate and refresh already documented functional and non-functional requirements.
* Conduct surveys, workshops and interviews to collect new functional and non-functional requirements.
* Create new and/or update existing documented business process models to capture the required "to be" processes
* Document the requirements, business rules and use case models
* High-level information architecture for the web-based interfaces to the information management solution focussing upon electronic document management & collaboration in the overall context of the secretariat's broader Intranet/Extranet requirements. This information architecture will represent the top-level navigation and functional layout of the various web-based interfaces that leveraging Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and possibly other technologies.
* Up to ten wireframe diagrams of the web-based interfaces and one overall site map that conceptually represents the overall solution (the web-based interfaces of the Intranet, Extranet and relevant web-based interfaces of the document management and/or records management solutions).

Additional Skills
* Excellent experience documenting business processes and functional requirements.
* Self starter, able to manage his/her own time and dependencies effectively to deliver high quality documents according to the time frames
* Advanced knowledge in Document Management, Collaboration systems, Intranets and information architecture with a proven track record in requirements gathering and providing strategic advice in this area.
* Strong background in successfully implementing information management technologies including MS SharePoint, preferably SharePoint 2010; Experience with FileNet-SharePoint integration capabilities would be an asset.
