We are looking for a Business Analyst in the area of Zurich:Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for business requirements gathering in the project client & product profitability
- Analysis of functional and reporting requests and providing of detailed specification of business needs
- Organization, preparation and processing of interviews with cost center heads to identify the internal service product catalogue, cost drivers and cost allocation keys and documentation of findings in solution design document
- Detailed analysis of findings to verify the technical feasibility and specification for later implementation by IT. Coordination with IT and support discussion of technical solution design
- Implementation of Excel templates to calculate unit price for each internal service product
- Ad hoc support and special tasks on request
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent background in management information and performance measurement (MIS/Controlling) in the banking industry
- Good project management skills and coordination capabilities
- Knowledge of SQL, database, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BusinessObjects and Avaloq know-how advantageous
- Proven track record as Controller and / or Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (3-5 years experience)
- Detailed know-how in the area cost controlling and client- & product profitability
- Familiar with the standard costing methodology in the banking industry
- Degree in Business / Economics and / or Business Information Technology (Uni, ETH, FH, etc)
- Specialist course in Controlling & Accounting an advantage
- Strong analytical, methodical and conceptual skills
- Ability to prioritize and work according to given deadlines
- Team player, flexible, ability to handle pressure
- Fluent in English
