Beschreibung
Our clients B2B proposition “Charge to Bill” allows third parties to charge a mobile purchase to the customer’s bill. Examples are purchases in the Nokia OVI store or the Blackberry AppWorld. The consultant will handle complex integration projects in the area of B2B. This means, either integrate new Partners to our global service gateway or rolling out existing partners to new markets of our client, or both. The candidate will be responsible for the overall project management, including all technical, legal, and financial tasks.
Typical Output & Tasks
Project Management: Overall Project Plan, Risk & Issues Log, Open Actions List, High level & detailed level time schedule, PID, weekly top management reports & presenting the overall status to Top Management
Process Documents: Collect information for predefined forms, such as customer care documentation, B2B help desk information, resource request forms for operational tasks.
Technical Documents: Sequence diagrams of integration flows; support of writing technical change request, high level architecture diagrams.
Required skills:
Strong project management skills
Project experience within the telecommunication industry
Deep technical knowledge and educational background, especially in the area of:
Billing
SWAP, IP, HTTP (understanding and ability to identify problems which might occur)
Good knowledge in defining processes with regard to onboarding of new business partners
Very strong communicational skills mandatory (the candidate should show a senior behavior in all discussion, contract negotiations and in particular in conflicts, the candidate should be able to communicate clear and precise)
Fluent English language skills (negotiation level!) mandatory, German is nice to have
