Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
development of workflow for creation, change and termination of employee position with validation of data consistency and dependencies
development of workflow for personnel hiring, personal changes and terminations with validation of data consistency and dependencies
build up a request form for position/person single measures also including an option of multiple selection for mass organization changes
adaption of SAP Organization Management structures
adaption of existing HR PA data
report for tracking of approval process (e.g. information flow, approval process) including the historic data
archiving of request forms in existing solution deployed
deployment using the proposed solution for divisions still using Paisy has to be analyzed
Must-Have Skills:
command of the written and spoken German and English languages
proven experience in implementing SAP HR workflow solutions (SAP Version 6.0)
proven experience in HCM PA and OM
proven experience in ABAP
strong SAP HR workflow analysis, design and implementation skills with previous SAP HR/HCM experience
very experienced in managing SAP dictionary objects e.g. SAP tables, views, reports, dynpros, transactions, function modules and classes
experienced in SAP enhancement technologies (user exists, BADI, BTE, SAP enhancement framework)
experience of working in virtual international team
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Spanish language skills
