Task:Customer is currently in different projects regarding Master Data Management. The focus of these projects is very finance related. It is necessary to evaluate the CRM Master Data requirements and match them with the scope and time plan of mentioned projects. Result must be a concept to manage the evaluated gap for technology as well as data cleansing and maintenance processes.
The key performance areas of the role:
- Identify sources of CRM master data
- Identify the producers and consumers of the CRM master data
- Collect and analyze metadata about for CRM master data
- Appoint data stewards
- Implement a data-governance program and data-governance council
- Develop the CRM master-data model
- Bring sub project CRM Master Data together with customers MDM Initiative
- Choose a toolset
- Design the infrastructure
- Generate and test the CRM master data
- Modify the producing and consuming systems
- Implement the maintenance processes
- Support the execution of the CRM program regarding timelines and efforts
Requirements (Must have):
- High level MDM knowledge and experience from different executed projects in large and complex environments
- Familiar with tools and processes to analyze data quality
- Familiar with products and services from Data Service Provider
- Master Data consolidation and harmonization
- SQL Databases
- Interfaces and Services
- Fluent in English
