Wir suchen für mehrere Positionen Projekt Manger:

1. Position: Project Manager

Skill Level: Practitioner (consultant level)
Start Date: 01-AUG-2011
End Date: 31-DEC-2011 (with option of extension)
Location: Cologne, Germany

Description: (1) Project management following Ford standard processes for projects executed by SD PDME C3P EU in a very technical environment – Teamcenter / CAD applications / Java etc. (2) Business analysis for selected work streams in the department. Degree Required: Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent Technical Skills (Must Have): ? Teamcenter, CATIA, I-deas, ITK, ABF ? Java, J2EE, C++ ? Oracle, MS SQL Server ? Ford SDM, MS Project, Clarity, MS Office, Visio, Sharepoint ? Candidates need to demonstrate personal hands-on development experience at least some of the above technologies ? Team leader; must able to integrate even Technical specialists into project teams; ? Project management and presentation skills ? Financial skills ? Excellent English and German, fluent, in writing and in verbal communications Technical Skills (Nice to Have): ? FIDES; ? RAD, AccuRev; ? Significant PM and/or BA experience at Ford will be an asset. Other Must-have: ? Ability to work in truly global environment – Cologne / Dearborn / Chennai. ? Travel may be required – infrequently.

2 .Position: Project Manager

Description: The project manager is responsible for the development and implementation of React Wholesale Reporting. In this role, she/he has to manage distributed development teams in Europe, NA, and AP. Technical Skills (Must Have): ? Excellent project management and communication skills. ? Experience in agile development processes. ? Experience with managing international project and distributed teams. ? Excellent knowledge of the English language. ? Good knowledge of the German language. ? Good experience in JEE and Business Intelligence projects. Technical Skills (Nice to Have): ? Diploma ? PMI certification ? Knowledge of the Ford development processes (SDM und USDM). ? Knowledge of the wholesale business. Supervisory Skills: ? Experience with managing international projects and distributed teams.

3. Position: Business Analyst/Reengineer (Neptune project)

Location: Cologne, Germany

Description: Germany based position (FCSD Merkenich), reporting to the Supervisor, FCSD-PTG for Parts, Supply and Logistics (PSL). Will be responsible to analyze / specify / coordinate all changes in the PSL portfolio necessary for the Neptune project. The position owner works cross – functional, in distributed business and IT teams, has no subordinates, but requires strong relationship management, communication skills and good insight into project management. The position owner is to execute the (Pre)ID Assess / analysis phase, prepare the project for financial approval and after handing over to the delivery organization, monitoring the project progress. Technical Skills (Must Have): ? good team worker ? strong business analytical skills ? strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills ? German and English (business-fluent) ? should have an IT-background Technical Skills (Nice to Have): ? Ford experience / FCSD – parts business or in similar industries ? experience of project management and methodology ? in depth experience in areas of parts, supply and logistics

4. Position: Business Analyst/Reengineer (OEW project)

End Date: 31-DEC-2012
Location: Cologne, Germany

Description: The position is based in Germany (FCSD Merkenich), reporting to the Supervisor, FCSD-E Finance and Loyalty IT. The position will be highly visible to the business, with regular contact with the FoE FCSD management team. The position has no subordinates, but requires strong relationship management, communication and business analysis skills. The position is closely coupled with additional team members in both Germany, the UK and the US working on the same or similar projects. Special relationship will be required with the UK based ESPS (Extended Service Plan System) SME. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration with North American/ India /Central European PTG and ADS teams, 3rd party IT providers and the FCSD Finance and Loyalty teams. It also requires cross-functional coordination with internal IT groups (eg. CDS and ITI), external business groups and their IT organisations (Insurance companies, DPSs, dealers, helpdesks and FoE helpdesks) to support the business end to end. Some European travel may be required. Key responsibility is to work in a small team on the Customer for Life OEW projects. At present Ford offers various Optional Extended Warranty (OEW) and other loyalty products to customers to achieve Customer Loyalty. It is now planned to increase customer loyalty by improving the existing products, functionality and by introducing these products to more markets. Special responsibility for this role is to work on the financial set-up and integration of these loyalty products with the key Finance applications in Ford (e.g. GL / AR). Currently this role is performed by an external resource in UK. In order to handle the additional projects the work has to be coordinated between this position and the UK based position. Technical Skills (Must Have): ? Self starter, with strong analytical skills ? Good team worker ? Significant Business Analysis experience ? Evidence of effective communications (German and English) and relationship management targeted towards business / IT / management /external partners ? Evidence of effective time management, prioritisation, negotiating and organisational skills ? Familiarity with working in a mainframe environment (incl. TSO, Selcopy, Fileaid) Technical Skills (Nice to Have): ? Experience of project managing software and Methodology (e.g. PMI) ? Development using SDM or similar structured methodology ? Experience with Financial/Accounting terminology and processes ? Experience with Loyalty terminology and processes ? Ford experience / FCSD – Parts business or in similar industry.
